Beacon Hill Engagement Photography

and a cute little walk down Acorn street

Spring is starting to finally show up in the greater Boston area, and the collective New Englanders are starting to thaw. Marathon Monday is always such an exciting day for so many reasons but mostly I just think of spring. The flowering trees all along Boston Common are starting to bloom, and the tulips and daffodils and all the fun spring flowers are starting to pop, and if were lucky (which idk about this year guys) we might even get a few 70 degree days in the mix. As I sit here covered in a blanket, fingers are still crossed for a little warmth, ha.

I love all the walks I take through Beacon Hill every year. I definitely have my favorite spots, favorite stoops, and favorite trees to visit. But then you stumble down an alleyway and you find some new excitement. I always prep my couples for these sessions saying we’re going for a little walk. With so many different backdrop options in a mile radius, it so easy to have so many fun and different backdrops to spruce your photos up. And although we are still waiting for that warmth, the trees are officially beginning to bloom, and those few quiet indicators of spring are popping up. Little pink tulips, yellow daffodils, and all the fun things that make spring in Boston exciting.

Now, on to some warm weather please.
