A Boston Marriott Long Wharf Wedding
Full of glam, a gorgeous church ceremony, and the most perfect Autumn Day.
I have no idea how I have waited so long to get these photos up on the blog. Blame my busy self, blame the never-ending todo list, but maybe blame the fact that I literally already thought I did it. ALAS. I did not. Ha. These photos have been reposted by the Marriott Long Wharf quite a few times and I guess I forgot that not everyone got to see all of these. WHAT A SHAME. I am so sorry. Ha. Brooke and Brian, the cutest of the cutes, had literally the most perfect wedding day. Beautiful fluffy clouds and blue skies overlooking Boston Harbor. A gorgeous glowy September sunset. And so much love and family and pops of beautiful color. Fun fact, the portrait I took of Brooke and her mom Dyan might be one of my favorite portraits ever. The green gown swooshing through the photo going to help Brooke fix her gown is the literal stuff that dreams are made of. Dreams friends!
The church ceremony was nothing short of perfection, with the couple seeing each other for the first time coming down the long gorgeous aisle and everyone collectively shedding maybe more than a few tears. This was the first time I had the pleasure of capturing inside of this gorgeous Basilica, the Basilica of Our Lady of Perpetual Help, and holy moly the gorgeousness. The ceilings were never ending, the light coming through the hundreds of stained glass windows just giving the perfect amount of light shining on the couple. After the mass and maybe one of the more iconic dip kisses ever made at a wedding back down the aisle (a must see.) We braved the Friday traffic back to Christopher Columbus Park to take all the family portraits overlooking the ocean as the sun began to set then swooped away into the night to enjoy the evening city views dancing away.
This whole day was so gorgeous, I am so thrilled to share this gallery and further more share the dream team of vendors that made sure that every little detail was chefs kiss.
